Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Quicky, the Quicky website, and the Quicky Windows application (collectively, “Quicky”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Quicky, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Quicky.
License
Subject to these Terms and your payment of the applicable one-time purchase price, Quicky grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Quicky for your own lawful purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract Quicky’s source code except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
Purchases and Refunds
Quicky is offered from this website for a one-time payment of $1.99, plus any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Quicky does not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.
How Quicky Works
Quicky can run when your computer starts and can open applications, websites, files, and folders, and execute commands you configure. You are solely responsible for reviewing each routine and command before you run it, for maintaining backups, and for ensuring that your use does not harm your device, data, accounts, or other people. Do not use Quicky for unlawful, harmful, unauthorized, or infringing activity.
Third-Party Services
Quicky may open or interact with third-party applications, websites, files, folders, and services that you choose. Those products and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for having the necessary rights, accounts, licenses, and permissions to use them.
Disclaimers and Liability
Quicky is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quicky is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business. Quicky’s total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Quicky.
Termination and Changes
Quicky may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Quicky may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Governing Law and Contact
