Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026
Overview
Quicky is designed to keep your routines on your computer and make them easy to start. This Privacy Policy explains how Quicky handles information when you use this website and the Quicky Windows application.
App Data Stays Local
Quicky does not create user accounts and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your routine data. Your routines and their settings, including the applications, websites, files, folders, and commands you configure, are stored locally on your device. Quicky does not use analytics, advertising trackers, telemetry, or crash reporting services.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe. Quicky does not collect or store your full payment-card information. Stripe processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
Startup and System Actions
Quicky can run at startup and can open applications, websites, files, and folders, and execute commands that you configure. These actions are performed on your device to carry out your routines; they are not used to send your routine data to Quicky.
Children’s Privacy
Quicky is not directed to children under 13. Because Quicky does not create accounts or collect app data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe information about a child has been provided to Quicky, contact us and we will address the request.
Your Choices and Data Security
Because routine data is stored locally, you control it on your own device. You may remove that data by deleting your local Quicky data or uninstalling the application. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any local files it contains.
Changes and Contact
Quicky may update this Policy from time to time and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. For privacy questions, contact justgrindingprojects@gmail.com.
